Our Signature Pizza

Our signature pizza starts with a 48-hour slow-fermented dough, topped with premium Italian ingredients including San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte mozzarella. Baked in our gas oven for a lighter, crispier finish, it’s the pizza our guests have loved since 2013.
